Despite value concerns, the hotel's staff, spacious rooms, shuttle ensured an enjoyable stay.

The hotel's revamped entrance, welcoming staff, and accommodation of unconventional arrival times made for a pleasant stay. The spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms added to the positive experience. Culinary delights, including a standout breakfast spread, were complemented by a delightful open area pianist. The poolside staff, alongside a team providing shuttle service on golf carts to and from Al Hamra, were excellent, offering great service and delicious cocktails. This, combined with the overall blend of comfort, hospitality, and culinary excellence, and the charming ambiance, contributed to an enjoyable stay.

Despite the enjoyable food, concerns arose regarding value for money. The reservations team exhibited inconsistency and lacked uniform awareness, leading to variations in taxi pricing quoted by the concierge. This potential confusion highlighted a need for improved communication and consistency.

Very nice.

As usual everything was good. The room was big and spacious and the amenities great too. Breakfast was good too catering for all tastes.

The hotel was closing for renovation so the room we stayed in was looking a little worn down but I am sure it'll be soon fixed once they reopen.

Great way to relax and spend quality time with my family.

The rooms are so spacious which was great for a family. The staff were very welcoming and made such a great effort with my son. Shout out to Mikael who chatted away to him on the buggy ride. The staff in the kids club were excellent my son didn't want to leave.

The food at breakfast could be hotter but the choice was excellent!

had a wonderful stay. the staff were exceptional. loved the facilities and the location as well. would love to come back

the pool was very nice and had different option, there was a shade so that we didn’t get tan. the breakfast was superb. loved everything about it and the choices they have. amazing chef!

We visited many resorts around the UAE and the WA is surely the BEST resort for family.

The room was extremely spacious, comfortable n nicely arranged. The facilities like swimming pool, the play area and the beach we're the most exciting places. The breakfast menu was amazing and had lot of good choices.

Fantastic, loved the beach, the pool, the room was great. The staff amazing. Thank you.

Room was lovely, very large, good layout. View is nice and the beach was safe from currents and waves. The restaurant at the adults pool is superb. Great service (thaknk you), prices fair. Loved it.

The restaurants are not to the level expected. Seem old and unloved. Its like the hotel is trying to wait as long as possible before investing on them I went to all three restaurants trying to find one that met expectations. The arabic restaurant had poor service, prices were high and it was generally uncomfortable. More outdoor seating options would be my suggestion. Only on my last day did I realise the door to my room would not lock closed! So all during my stay my room was open! Maybe I should have noticed this earlier but Im still shocked.

The breakfast in the main area looks like a canteen and is 165 Dirhams, for less than that you can have a beautiful fresh multiple course breakfast brought to your room/balcony.

The Bed was soooo comfy the room huge with beautiful little touches of comfort.

The construction work next to the hotel. The most perfect view of the pool and sea was spoilt by the noise and construction vehicles

Simply one of our best ever stays in the UAE!

The room was huge, beautifully designed with very large balcony and stunning sea views. The staff have all been excellent from reception, checking in, to housekeeping, room service and even the hotel restaurants. I'm a super picky person and I really had no complaints. They have a huge beachfront with stunning views onto the open sea, an adults only pool in addition to a family one and the breakfast selection was amazing - they even served pork sausages and bacon. Shakir at reception went above and beyond to ensure we were made to feel comfortable. He remembered it was my fiancee's birthday, we received a birthday cake on arrival and he gave us a late checkout at 4pm.

No complaints - absolutely one of my best stays ever.

Fantastic service in a fabulous location, a real pleasure to stay and relax here and escape.

Obviously, the Brand name speaks for itself but the team in RAK exemplify everything that the Brand stands for and aspires to. The room was exceptional - well designed and thought out and very spacious. The staff were happy, smiley and genuinely appeared to be happy. The facilities were excellent as well - the finnish sauna was very good, it actually got hot and made the body sweat! Breakfast was good, lots of choices and tasty.

The only thing we could mention was only 1 coffee pod in the in-room tea / coffee making tray. However, we didn't need this so it wasn't an issue for us. I am sure more would have been brought to the room had we asked for it.

Food was low level. Absolutely didn’t meet our expectations, the restaurant was like low cost all inclusive. The concierge Servis was not professional and not helpful at all. Overpriced, like bad quality espresso was more than 10USD

Great views, delicious breakfast, friendly staff!

The doors on the balcony need to have a proper seal around them as with wind it is very noisy in the room, lots of scratch marks on balcony due too furniture movement.

Perfect place to relax and rewind over the weekend and more.

The hotel is placed in an idyllic location, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of cities yet not very far. The hotel is majestic with large and beautiful rooms, great dining options and a beach and pool that tops the charm of the place. Lastly and most importantly the hotel staff are very warm and always there to help. We had an amazing weekend stay.

It would be great if they can start offering beach slippers for the ones who didn't get theirs. Its too difficult to find a fault with the hotel.
